Yay! I just listed an Embellished version of the Hartley skirt on my etsy shop . I needed some more color and stripe in my life, so I sewed grosgrain ribbon trim on the bottom of the Classic Hartley skirts to make them into the Embellished Hartley skirts!!! I really love the look. I can wear them with my new stripe tees from forever 21 and with my J crew cardigans. Go and visit my shop to see all the skirts that are available.

I was at TJ Maxx recently and saw a cute Cynthia Rowley dress there that had a similar style skirt. I liked the dress on its own, but thanks to your post, I immediately thought how much cuter it would be with some grosgrain ribbon stripes. Thanks for the inspiration!

I think my flowers came from claires or icing. The green ones are from Kate spade. I love flower pins!!!!
