Fun holiday party favor idea!

did a Fun little project yesterday and I was so excited that I wanted to share it with you!  I was looking for something to add to my packages when I shipped a holiday order from my shop.  While scouting for inspiration on Pinterest, I found this idea to make little favors with the stretchy gloves that you can find at Target and just about everywhere else.

  • I got some scrapbooking paper in the colors of my shop and cut out folded headers for little cello treat bags.

  • I then printed out some circles that say "warm wishes" and cut them out on my cricut.  You can cut by hand too, I just like to use the cricut as much a possible.

  • I taped the labels on the toppers with double stick tape and added a business card on the back (you could tape a gift card envelope if you wanted to give an extra special treat!)

  • I then stuffed the gloves in the cello bag, stapled on the header and added a bow (used a hole punch and tied it through the hole.)

Making these was super fun and I am going to enjoy putting them in my packages and giving to friends this Christmas.  The yellow is definitely not holiday red and green, but it works great for my logo and shop colors.  I made some more for my daughter's dorm girls and used red gloves and fun girly paper for the headers.  I didn't get a pic because I was rushing to mail them to get them to her in time to give them out to her girls.

Just thought I would share this little idea with you!  I hope your holiday season is getting off to a great start!  Mine sure is!  I am sewing lots of skirts to fill orders and having fun decorating my house for the season.
Never miss a chance to be charming!

xoxo,
Sandee
